ハンバーガーってあるじゃないですか。
あの、ハンバーグと野菜をパンでただ挟んだだけの食べ物。
「どちらが美味しいハンバーガーを作れるのか」というアメリカの番組が今絶賛huluで放送中です。
話を戻して。
そんなハンバーガーをボリューム満点のお手頃価格でランチで取り扱ってるお店が目黒にあるんです。
それがイタリアンダイニング「pampa」さんです。
ちなみに、毎年行われるぼくの誕生会でもお世話になってるお店でもあります。

この日の晩飯はいらなくなるほどの満腹感で癒される
お店は目黒駅から徒歩5分程度
現在の営業時間については後述しますね。

これはもう頼むしかないです。これしか頼めないです。
ソースはBBQにしました。
ちなみに、ポテトのソースも選べます。
個人的にはタルタルかサルサで迷うところ。
タルタルは自家製で少し玉ねぎの食感が強いので好きです。
まずはドリンク
ハンバーガーのときは絶対にコーラを頼むと決めてるぐらいにはしっかりアメリカナイズされてる現役ドイツ人ハーフです。
コーラをちびちび飲むこと5分ほど。
さて、やってまいりました。

ちなみに、パテはどのメニューも一律して160g使用とのこと。
参考までに、某大手ハンバーガーチェーンさんで使用されてるパテは40g。
実に4倍ですね。
pampaは利益度外視なのでしょうか。
付け合せにピクルスを添えており、
ポテトは素揚げで、先程選んだソースで楽しみましょう。
さてさて、かぶりつかせていただきますよ。

んふぅ…美味しい
160gのパテからスプラッシュする肉汁と食べ応え。
特に先述の通り、パテのボリュームが異常なんで胃袋へのパンチは尋常じゃないほど効いてます。
食べ終わったら食休みが必至になるぐらいにはボリュームと美味しさある。
下手したら晩飯食べられんくなる。
あとがき
ここまで書いておいてなんですが、こちらのお店2017/04/11（火）に閉店するらしいです。
まぁ、じゃあなんで今頃になって書いたんだってなるんですが、昨日閉店前最後にpampaバーガーを堪能してきてその余韻に浸ってたのでつい。
